Dr. Dava Diallo is a Metaphysician, ordained minister, spiritual anthropologist, and founder of multiple mission-driven brands spanning education, publishing, consulting, creative enterprise, and luxury service. Her work supports leaders, founders, and CEOs who are ready to align purpose with sustainable success through clear standards, disciplined execution, and long-term responsibility.

Raised in the Black church as the daughter of a deacon, Dr. Diallo’s formation began early within environments defined by structure, accountability, and moral order. Her spiritual foundation deepened through formal theological study within a Jesuit academic tradition, where rigorous scholarship refined her analytical approach and reinforced a commitment to precision, discernment, and ethical consistency.

Rather than adopting inherited frameworks without examination, her training emphasized the evaluation of authority, systems, and leadership under real-world conditions.

Her work expanded through global study of indigenous spiritual systems, including extended fieldwork across five continents and direct study with respected teachers in Africa, the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East.

These experiences shaped a practice grounded in continuity, responsibility, and applied knowledge rather than abstraction. She is also an Iyanifa within a West African spiritual tradition, a role defined by obligation, discipline, and sustained service, which informs the way she works with modern leaders and organizations.

In 2019, Dr. Diallo founded The Orisa Hoodoo Institute, an educational platform dedicated to spiritual literacy, ethical leadership, and applied metaphysical law, created to address gaps in rigor and accountability within contemporary spiritual education. She is also the founder of Orisa Hoodoo Publishing, amplifying voices rooted in ancestral wisdom, cultural depth, and lived expertise.
